As container played a more and more important role in shipping transportation industrial, the world’s liner has been changed into another way:high loading-unloading rate, cargo’s safety improvement, standard trans unit make handling way and door-to-door service more easier to achieve.Nowadays, the influence of liner shipping become much stronger to the world. Huge vessel building, terminal ports association,supply chain development have made the whole liner industrial into one piece. As the shipping development reach its peak season in 2008,the next 6 years big shortfall has changed the environment sadly accordingly.CSCL(China Shipping Container Lines Co.,LTD) is the top 10 carrier of the world’s shipping liner industrial which control by Chinese government.Its domain business shall be Chinese cargo export transportation. Nowadays, South-China, especially for Guangdong province,has taken almost 40% loading amount in CSCL whole Chinese operation.Based on this circumstance,this thesis’ purpose shall be very clear at now. If we can analyse the marketing management in CSCL. After improving it which shall be a very important reference type for all the liner shipping industrial.This article divided into 6 parts to expatiate the standpoint. For the 1st part,the reason of why to make this thesis is introduced. The 2st part come from CSCL which introduce the liner shipping’s characteristic with theory. The 3st,4st and 5st parts are willing to find and solve the marketing problem according to CSCL S.CHN’s condition which follow a result analysis. The 6st part is meaning to make a conclusion for the whole passages.This thesis come from the experience of working and through the mathematic analysis to find allocation distribution problem, which shall be the priority problem for CSCL daily marketing decision making, that indicate if there’s an suitable answer for the allocation re-assigned. The marketing decision way shall clear not only for CSCL but also to the whole liner shipping industrial.
