With the development of the knowledge updates faster and faster, to remain invincible in the scientific and technological transformation, we must renew the knowledge constantly and master advanced technology, the most important factor in the process of the economic and social development is the competition of knowledge and talent, and the knowledge can create more material wealth, the talent is the creation of the knowledge workers, plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises, most of the successful enterprises in the world are very attach great importance to the personnel training and development, the enterprise human resources management plays a role that cannot be ignored in talent cultivation and development process, more and more enterprises attach importance to the cultivation and development of the talents in human resources management, the formulation of the talent incentive mechanism in a certain extent determines the enterprise talent development success. If the employees incentive mechanism in the private enterprise for making is unreasonable, then it can restrict the development of private enterprise for a certain extent, and the talent development of incentive mechanisms involved in many important factors, so making perfect incentive mechanism could motivate staff’s working enthusiasm, to change the attitude of the staff can create more economic benefits for enterprises.This thesis used the example of Jiuxing Group to do analysis and investigation for the present situation of Jiuxing Group of the staff motivation, and reference and integration management, project management, organizational behavior theory of etc., by consulting domestic and international staff incentive mechanism of successful cases, and analyzing the existing problems of Jiuxing Group staff motivation, proposed a suitable Jiuxing Group’s development staff incentive mechanism countermeasures to provide guidance for the development of human resources management of the Jiuxing Group.This thesis used the actual investigation and interview of the Jiuxing Group to analyze the internal employee incentive system, the results are that it is the dissatisfaction with salary and lack of corporate identity from the enterprise, is not comprehensive of staff in the occupation career planning analysis.This thesis used the related theory to compare authority as a guide, and also used the method of investigation, interview, and quantitative to analyze the problems of Jiuxing Group’s motivation system, in order to improve the enthusiasm of the staff and create more economic benefits for the enterprise,puts forward the countermeasures to improve employee motivation system.
