The human resources are the core for enterprise's operation,innovation,and sustainable development.Numerous research in the business management has focused on how to maintain sustainable human resources,how to motivate employees,and how to improve enterprise benefits.Particularly,the research regarding how to motivate employees' subjective initiatives in the business management is still in need.From the perspective of the business management,the internal incentive on employees is described as that an enterprise incorporates various approaches to motive employee's initiatives and creativity to accomplish its tasks and goals and maximize its benefits.The SDW is the medium-sized company.Currently,the SDW confronts challenges including how to attract and keep talented employees and how to maximize their subjective initiatives while expanding its business.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore various methods of the business management to control contemporary situations,manage challenges and promote the company's development.The theory of planned behavior is known as the theory of attitude and behavior in the social psychology.This theory illustrates the associations among the 1)human's behaviors and attitudes,2)subjective norms,and 3)perceived behavioral controlling factors.This study focuses on the excitation mechanism in the SDW company by using the theory of planned behavior comprising three factors and adjusts the mechanism to influence employee's behaviors.This theory has been applied to various research areas and also showed strong interpretation as well as predication.Nevertheless,there is a lack of research regarding the application of the theory in employee's excitation.Often,the excitation mainly relates with salaries that are a direct form of rewarding employee's works.The salary could be the avenue to adjust employees' work attitudes and promote their motivations to create more benefits for an enterprise.Although some medium-sized companies such as the SDW used a high salary to motivate its employees,they did not show a great impact on employees' enthusiasm or creativity but rather show high demission rates.Research shows that employees' needs and expectation are changing while a medium-sized company is expanding,and it requires us to understand other aspects that influence their excitation such as their attitudes,preferences,interests,career development,etc.This kind of changing also requires company managers to use different perspectives to review the excitation in contemporary society.In this study,we investigated the SDW's current situation by using a survey.The survey is designed to understand employees' satisfaction of the excitement and excitement methods.Meanwhile,the survey referenced the three factors in the theory of planned behavior,and they were employees' attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral controlling.The author thinks that the excitation mechanism of the SDW showed a systematic process to adjust employees' cognition by applying the theory into practice.It also showed the SDW's core value toward the management of human resources.In order to describe the efficient application of the excitation mechanism in a company,part five includes suggestions regarding how to integrate the theory and practice.
