With the increasing market competition in today’s society, the traditional means of competition has been already unable to keep long-term competitive advantage. Human resource management is becoming the focus of the corporate strategy as the increasingly prominent role played by human resources in enterprise management. How to make full use of the human resources is the burning question by using the appropriate incentives according to the character of the enterprise.The thesis use the incentive theory to design the employee incentive program which based on the view of its employees incentive problems existed in Wan Xiang Forging Co., Ltd.The thesis focuses on Payment incentives, Welfare incentives, Training incentives, Promotion incentives, Participation incentives and Honor incentives to carry on the schemes during the period of designing the incentive program in Wan Xiang Forging Co., Ltd. The paper designs the payment scheme of the company’s senior managers, middle managers, production staff, sales and general staff on payment incentives, and improves the welfare schemes in the aspect of welfare incentives. The paper also plans the training scheme in training incentives and sets the employee’s promotion channel in promotion incentives. In the aspect of participation incentives, the paper confirms the principle which according to the staff takes part in the degree of management. And clears the importance of the honor which get by staffs in the aspect of honor incentives. In order to ensure that employee incentive programs can be effective implementation, the paper puts forward the performance assessment, target management and related measures.All the companies which brain drain seriously and work motivation can’t effectively maintain are related the incentive mechanism of the talents. Therefore, we hope to arouse the enthusiasm and motivate their creativity of the staff by designing the scheme of incentives, and make full use of the advantage of enterprise human resources, which lay a solid foundation for the development of Wan Xiang Forging Co., Ltd.
