With the development of economic globalization,state-owned enterprises human resource management should have an international vision and height,constantly absorbing domestic and foreign advanced management experience at the same time,but also to create a line with the current market mechanism and enterprise human resource management.Among them,the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism is the key and difficult point of development and reform of state-owned enterprises.At present,the competition between enterprises is the talent competition,and the talent reserves can reflect the level of incentives and the fate of the entire enterprise.Therefore,a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is very important for the development of enterprises.SDXY is a municipal state-owned enterprises,was the leading appliance manufacturing industry in domestic.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition,there are problems with human resource management.so that employees are dissatisfied with the salary,promotion and other aspects,directly led to the loss of talent,thus affecting the healthy development of enterprises.In this paper,the problem of the enterprise in-depth study.The research status of the SDXY company human resource management,staff management and in-depth study of the existing incentive mechanism,found the current human resources management company in terms of salary,staff development,performance appraisal and the spirit of the incentive problem.Through analysis that problems,put forward additional skill wages,scientific planning and staff development,perfect appraisal system and strengthen the spirit of the incentive optimization scheme.To improve the incentive mechanism,optimization reference for improvement of human resource management for the company,to help enterprises to maximize stimulate employee's enthusiasm,initiative and creative.Under the premise of improving the efficiency of enterprises,and constantly promote the efficiency of state-owned enterprise reform,so that SDXY in the new market environment to enhance competitiveness.
