Research On Inner Mongolia Real Estate Industry And National Economy Coordinated Development

The real estate industry as a pillar industry of the national economy is gradually becoming an important force driving economic growth and promoting the rapid development of other related industries,But in recent years, a variety of phenomena and problems occurred in the real estate industry are widely criticized,problem closely related with consumers is the high housing price.Government frequently shot on this issue with endless variety of market regulation policy in order to curb housing prices rising too fast. But the healthy development of the real estate industry is not only reflected in the prices of the issue, we also can not only focus on this issue.if we want the real estate to develop healthy,we must analyze the entire industry.There is a Chinese proverb:For the elderly wood, will solidify the fundamental, to far flow, will build its source.Therefore, to control the real estate industry, we can not just focus on the price issue, we must systematic investigate the real estate industry.On the whole, the real estate industry as an important part of the national economy, it is directly related to the healthy development of the national economy, on the contrary, the continued growth of the national economy can bring endless power for healthy and rapid development of real estate, so we should rise to the height and angle to look at the future development of real estate.Since 2000, the real estate industry and the national economy of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have been developed by leaps and bounds, both the size of the real estate industry,or the total development of the national economy have got everyone’s attention and recognition. Inner Mongolia’s GDP growth was once ahead, and constantly refresh the total economy, the real estate’s development in Inner Mongolia for the majority of people’s production and life provide an adequate basis material. However, since 2008, by the international financial crisis, Inner Mongolia has suffered the worst in the history of the "winter period", during which the real estate industry and economic growth in Inner Mongolia have been hit hard, but we are not pessimistic, we reflect on the future development of the real estate industry in Inner Mongolia:how to develop, in what direction. This paper attempts to coordinate with the national economy, the real estate development perspective to examine specific problems in the real estate industry in Inner Mongolia, and dig deeper reason behind the problem, and ultimately be able to make reasonable feasible policy recommendations. If we can achieve this goal, it will not lose this paper’s significance and value.
