House is the most basic means of subsistence for human survival and development. It’s also animportant sign to measure one country’s economic development and people’s living standard. In Chinesecultural tradition,“Place to live before being happy” and “Home ownership” are two very important sides.So house is a critical issue and has become the focus concern.of the government.Chinese real estate market-oriented reforms began in the seventies and eighties,the twentieth century.After10years of development,the Chinese real estate industry have been expanding a lot. It’s not only ledto economic growth, but also improved living environment and promoted the process of urbanization.Because of the relatively short development time,and lack of experience, there are many problems onChinese real estate industry. Although the government has introduced a number of stringent policy,but itdoes not work.Through research flourishing and problems of the real estate in national economy, this paper discussesthe nature of problems, then explores routes which makes the real estate and national economy booming.The paper researches society performance and influence of the real estate in national economy. Thepart will analyze from five parts: the position of the real estate in national economy is fundamental、supportable and vanguard. The real estate makes a contribution to GDP directly. The real estate also canmake a contribution to GDP indirectly, which can create re-production and obtain employment. The realestate makes a contribution to revenue, which pays a lot of money to government. The real estate can makea contribution to society welfare, because as fundamental industry, the real estate provides housing andincreases area of housing per people, which can improve the life level.Then the paper discusses the situation of the real estate. Through contrasting and analyzing, the paperfinds that the real estate in china is facing four problems: high housing price、society contradiction、restrainconsumption and too much capital enter into the field of the real estate, which stunting the real estate inchina.The problem comes from government and trader of the real estate. Firstly, the paper discusses aboutgovernment. The government has two motives: protect the common people and local profit. Then the paper researches the ways of government getting profits from six parts: operate city, compress land scope, hideinformation, nonsupport, office-bearer build housing and unreasonable revenue. Secondly, the paperdiscusses about trader of the real estate. The government has three motives: high profits, high revenue landassignment and high wages. Then the paper researches the ways of trader of the real estate getting profitsfrom four parts: store land, irrational financing, store housing and take some means in price.Finally, two ways make the real estate develop healthily. Firstly, government gives direction throughfour ways. Then government takes actions to insure the real estate develop healthily.The aim of the paper is research market of the real estate in china, then gives suggests to insure thereal estate develop healthily.The paper has three new perspectives: Firstly, government should know what the healthy market is andtreat the market as three levels. Secondly, the paper researches the motives of government include protectthe common people and local profit. Thirdly,the problem of real estate is not only a economic problem, butalso a social and political problems.
