With rapidly changing industrial environment, the market demand for products and services are more and more high, the life cycle of products and services are more and more short, this leads to the urgent need for enterprise with ability of innovation, in order to obtain long-term survival and development. There are many scholars pointed out that there is a connection between "support" and individual innovation behavior, but the impact mechanism of how the current academic circles haven’t a clear statement, and most of these studies are based on the background of western,domestic scholars on the study of relationship between "support" and individual innovation behavior is also relatively less. Therefore, this study proposed system to explore the influence mechanism between the two, to make a little contribution of resolving the process of individual innovative behavior.The main objective of this study was to study influence of innovation support from supervisors and coworkers on individual innovation behavior,and try to explore the mediate and moderate effects of emotional commitment and achievement motivation. In order to explore the influence factors of individual innovative behavior.Data was collected from 293 employees in Jiangsu. After recoding and transforming the data,we use the internal consistency reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to check questionnaire’s reliability and validity, and through the analysis of variance, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediation and adjust the regression analysis the relationship between the variables are verified.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:innovation support from supervisors and coworkers have significant positive influence on individual innovation behavior, and on two dimensions of individual innovation behavior:the generation of innovation idea, the implementation of innovation idea; Emotional commitment made mediate effects on innovation support from supervisors and coworkers on individual innovation behavior,and achievement motivation negatively moderate these relations.
