With the vigorous development of the world economy,the economy of our country is also growing rapidly.But the market competition is becoming more and more intense,and the enterprises are also facing many challenges.In order to stand out in the fierce market,enterprises must pay more attention to the importance of innovation,so that can survive and develop better and better.As the carrier of enterprise innovation,the employees' innovative behavior not only represents the individual quality and ability,but also represents the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,how to promote employee to carry out innovative activities is an important problem,which should be solved urgently.Especially in the context of 18 th CPC National Congress had improved the development strategy of innovation driven,it is necessary to explore the influence of organizational innovation climate on employee innovation behavior.As an individual subjective cognition of the objective environment,organizational innovation climate is significant to motivate employees to improve the ability of innovation and improve the organization innovation performance.A large number of scholars have found that when organizations meet the needs of employees and provide support,they will be more active in completing tasks assigned by the organization.However,the research on organizational support in China started late,and most of the researches regard organizational support as a dependent variable and have few mediating variables.Therefore,this study applies the organizational support into the research of the impact of organizational innovation climate on employee's innovative behavior,which has been divided into instrumental support and emotional support dimensions,and then explores their mediating role.Firstly,this study introduces introduction part;Secondly,to sort out and summarize the related theories on organizational innovation climate,employee innovative behavior and organizational support respectively,so that clear the theoretical basis of this study,build a conceptual model,put forward the research hypothesis;Then,selecting the mature survey scale to design research questionnaire,collecting data and using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software to process and analysis data,including the test of reliability and validity,correlation test,regression and mediating effect test,so that to verify the hypothesis in this study;Finally,based on the 230 valid questionnaires of the empirical analysis shows that Organizational innovation climate not only directly affects employees' innovative behavior,but also indirectly influences employees' innovative behavior through intermediary role of perceived organizational support.Among them,staff support,supervisor support,task characteristics and organizational concept have a significant impact on employee innovation behavior.But resource supply impact on the employee innovation behavior has not been confirmed,the main reason lies in the difficulty of obtaining resources,which will affect the employee creativity;Task characteristics and organizational concept of organization innovation climate can significantly affect the instrumental support and emotional support,but because of the Chinese culture background,staff support,supervisor support,the supply of resources have not been confirmed.Employees' understanding of organizational innovation climate more inclined to the organizational level,easy to ignore internal support from colleagues,and they are influenced by emotional intelligence when considering supervisor support;Instrumental support and emotional support dimensions of organizational support have effect on employee innovation behavior positively,their intermediary role is remarkable between them.
