With the increasing pressure of market competition, Companies are introducing lean production to reform the enterprise system of Production and operation to expect to gain an advantage in the fierce competition. However, there have been slow progress and not significant in, or even negative effects and other phenomena in the process of implementing lean production. These phenomena reflect the performance level of lean implementation is not high. Therefore, how to improve the performance of Lean implementation has become one of the key issues to effectively promote lean reform of enterprise.The low lean implementation performance level is because of the lack of lean implementation theoretical guidance in the process of the lean implementation in the enterprise, and applying mechanically lean tools and activities. It reflects that the academic and business circles have a bias and lack of lean production and implementation. Lean implementation is a process of change with makers, managers, and other employees to participate. Therefore, only analyzing scientifically both of the implementation and participants of lean production and combining different stakeholders and concrete implementing lean content the enterprises can effectively enhance the level of lean implementation. This thesis uses the method of literature analysis, logical analysis and case application to study, and the main research work and results are as follows:1. Through the study of domestic and foreign literature, the framework of lean concept was constructed. Starting from the current status of enterprise taking lean production practice to construct enterprise own lean production system, through research on the implementation of the relevant research results of lean implementation is proposed, with lean production knowledge and guidance, to the enterprise production and operation system for the purpose of innovation, combined with the actual situation of enterprises fusion equipment resources, human resources and time resources in enterprise production, the innovation of management idea and the management method of enterprise product design, manufacturing, materials procurement and sales through the form of project, make the enterprise from the traditional mode of production to a lean production system leap response speed, low production cost. After the operation, lean production implementation and lean production system are compared and analyzed, further clarify the structure range of lean implementation.2. Based on the theory of project management, the management system of the implementation of lean production was build. It included the organization, scope and human resource management of lean implementation. The object of lean management is performance improvement. This thesis analyzes the composition of the lean implementation performance from the two dimensions of process and the results.3. Analytical framework based on stakeholder theory was build. First, it identified eight lean implementation stakeholders, including shareholders, enterprise top management, middle management, lean consulting services etc. Secondly, it classified the stakeholders of different lean implementation management process, and took core stakeholders and dormant stakeholders as the main stakeholders of lean implementation. Finally, this thesis analyzed the relationship between the power and interests of the main stakeholders of lean implementation, and developed lean implementation stakeholder management strategy.
