Research On The Improvement Of Production Mode Of D Company Based On Lean Production Theory

Lean production is to improve manufacturing enterprises' management level. The core idea of lean production is to improve the full participation of workers, eliminate all kinds of wastes in the manufacturing process, to achieve maximum input-output model of manufacturing to achieve the best benefit at the lowest cost. Significant differences in scale and traditional lean production is in the production process of raw material and the inventory management flow and precise control of lean production for WIP (work in process) items. Enterprises should not simply focus on reaching full production to satisfy the needs of the market, but to produce according to the market demand. This will reduce inventory and reduce the cost of WIP.The production process is complex and changeable,and the product quality is more and more complicated in the production process of small batch varieties. The particularity of the production mode of small batch and diversified products make the method of lean production technology and management ideas in such enterprises difficult to implement. So, in small batch production enterprises, especially the single production enterprises, the development of lean production management, in order to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency, has become an important topic in academic circles and enterprise operation management.This paper analyzes the existing problems of D company's production mode. To solve these problems, find out the reasons and make the improvement plan by using the methods of lean production, IE, SMED, modular production, balancing of the production line, human factors engineering, eight wastes elimination methods. This will improve the environment of the site,improve work efficiency,eliminate wastes about handling, walking, no value actions and other wastes. Research and the applications of a new mode of production,such as "creating mass","deformation line","flow type line"and "fishbone modular production". Through the promotion of lean production, the D company has been greatly improved efficiency, so that employees increased consciousness of lean production. The production managements of relevant information will be standardized by the PDCA cycle. Implementation of these methods will,continue to promote the company's lean production work to reach total improvement,eliminate wastes and achieve the future developmental goals.
