The paper makes the space interaction between the the labor mobility and manufacturing transferation as the research topic, based on theoretical and empirical research on the labor mobility and manufacturing transferation abroad.Firstly, the paper has studied the spatial pattern of manufacturing transferation and labor mobility. It has compared the spatial patterns and trends of manufacturing in different time, region, industry. Then It has compared the spatial patterns of labor mobility in different time and region. According to the Analysis, they have the same spatial trends. Secondly,it validated the correlation of the manufacturing transferation and labor mobility, from an empirical point. The result is that they exists spatial correlation, based on the result, the paper makes empirical analysis the effection of the spatial relationship between manufacturing transferation and labor mobility based on NEG We get dynamic evolution of the new pattern of manufacturing transferation and labor mobility.Conclusion:First,2005 was a turning point that China’s manufacturing dispersed from the center to the periphery, the manufacturing echelon shift from east to west and central region; Second, The labor is still inflow the east mainly. The trends in the labor reflux is appeared in the west and central region which is same to the trends of manufacturing transferation.Third, the interaction between labor mobility and manufacturing transferation will have different effects on results at different times and regions.Fourth, capition, labor costs, technology、market size, and transportation have been the main factors affecting the agglomeration and diffusion of manufacturing. The labor costs (wages) become the common factors to promote labor mobility and manufacturing transferation.
