The Problems And Countermeasures Of Promoting New Rural Social Endowment Insurance In Liulin County, Shanxi Province

New rural social endowment insurance is a policy benefits to the country, it is significant policy for the building of a harmonious society and a new socialist countryside. China began to carry out the policy of the new rural social endowment insurance system from 2009, has been basically achieved full coverage and achieved remarkable success. Shanxi Liulin county is one of earliest counties which developed new rural social endowment insurance system, after years of implementation and effort, all the work has achieved obvious success. But, with the deepening of the policy implementation there has exposed some problems. To analyze the basic condition of economy in Liulin county, illustrate the concrete scheme and status quo of new rural social endowment insurance.The fourth part evaluates the new rural social endowment insurance of pilot of Liulin county and summarizes the experience of policy implementation.
