In the field of organizational behavior, the violation of the rules of organization by organization/team members is called workplace deviation. For a long time, research on employee deviant behavior are mostly out of destructive or self-interest motive. From the perspective of positive organizational behavior, it is also possible for employees to do deviation behavior from pro-social or none self-interest, this deviation behavior is called pro-social role breaking(PSRB).This study selected typical positive intention of employee deviant behavior——PSRB as the research object, which focus on the antecedent variable of PSRB. Extensive research about PSRB was produced at home and abroad since proposed. Because the concept of PSRB was first put forward recently, Overseas research is in the exploration stage, the antecedent research of the PSRB needs to be extended. Domestic research on PSRB has just begun, the influence of PSRB in Chinese situation is not clear. It is very necessary to study the influence of specific antecedent on the PSRB process and mechanism. In this article, we will use authentic leadership and team ethical climate as PSRB’s antecedent variables. Through empirical research method, we explore the effect of authentic leadership and team ethical climate on PSRB with the help of SPSS 16.0.Our research mainly draws the following conclusions:first, under Chinese cultural context, team members’PSRB are mainly divided into three dimensions, namely the efficiency oriented PSRB, coworker oriented PSRB and customer oriented PSRB. This is consistent with the overseas study. Second, authentic leader can influence subordinate’s PSRB through role model. Authentic leadership has a positive correlation with PSRB. Third, based on "leadership style-organization situation-individual behavior" analysis of the orientation, we explored the mediating effect of ethical climate on the relationship between authentic leadership and PSRB. This study found that team ethical climate has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and PSRB. Beneficial ethical climate have a complete mediating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and coworker oriented PSRB; Caring ethical climate have a complete mediating effect on the relationship both between authentic leadership and efficiency oriented PSRB and between authentic leadership and coworker oriented PSRB. Caring ethical climate have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and customer oriented PSRB; Law and rule ethical climate have a complete mediating effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and coworker oriented PSRB; Individual ethical climate have a complete mediating effect on the relationship both between authentic leadership and efficiency oriented PSRB and between authentic leadership and customer oriented PSRB.
