Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Township Government In The Rural Public Goods Supply

With the continuous progress of the era, to effectively solve the supply problem of rural public goods is becoming the primary task of township government. Chinese eighteenth National Congress of the communist party pointed out that to accelerate the development of modern agriculture, the main supply of public goods in rural areas and guarantee the food security problem has become a trend. And the rural public goods is the main part of public goods in China, the public goods can or not get the support of the government’s reasonable supply, become the main subject of contemporary about rural economic growth. Facing with the increasing progress of rural community, the public goods supply insufficient become the key problem. At the same time, the rural public products can supply or not, not only affects the development of rural economic, but also hinder the pace of building new countryside. As the cornerstone of national regime of the township government, it is not only the greatest level of rural regime in our administrative system, but also the party and government’s bridge and link. At the same time, it is also the main provider of public products in rural areas. Therefore, the role of township government in the rural public product supply can not be ignored, we must be true to play out the role of township government’s function and solve effectively the problems which exist in rural public goods supply, and make the development of rural economic coordinated.This paper make the township government is the effective provision of rural public goods as the research object, mainly the Dai Xian Yang Ming Bao as an example. Through analyses the question which exist the township government in the rural public goods supply, and explore the reasons from the angle of the township government function. At last, puts forward relevant countermeasures about the problems of the township government in rural public product supply.
