In the knowledge economy age, knowledge staffs career management has great significance to the enterprise development. The key asserts of IT enterprise is computer and human brain, knowledge staff is the main staff in IT enterprise. However, the current IT enterprise in performance management and employee career management are biased. Based on this, this article will combe the related research of domestic and foreign scholars about "career development" and "loyalty", and choose the IT industry in hangzhou area as the object of observation, and research the correlation between the IT R&D staff career development of each dimension and the presence employee loyalty, whether the relationship is significant and affected by the employee population attributes, etc.Through empirical research, this thesis finds that there has the obvious correlation between IT enterprise R&D staff career development four dimensions (fair promotion, to provide information, pay attention to training, career cognitive) and employee organization loyalty.The impact of IT enterprises R&D staff loyalty degree of four dimensions of career development from high to low in turn is: to provide information, career cognitive, the fair promotion, paying attention to training. And the correlation from high to low is: the professional cognition, paying attention to training,the fair promotion, to provide information. Based on the above analysis, this thesis from the perspective of career development, puts forward the management advice according to the IT enterprise organizational loyalty:(1) when the enterprise implementes the development measures about the IT enterprise R&D staff career, it should pay attention combining the specific measures with the propaganda guide. (2) the enterprise should set up employee information management system and scientific enterprise position. (3) the enterprise should mobilize the enthusiasm of employee career development,and strengthen the help employees’ occupational cognitive measures,and guide the staff career planning. (4) the enterprise should improve the career development channels, and establishe scientific promotion system. (5) the enterprise should establish employee career development oriented training management system.
