With the era of intellectual economy, knowledge workers become the important factor of core human capital and enterprise management. However, since knowledge workers are a group of new-type employees who possess strong independence, autonomy, creativity and mobility, currently, it is a huge challenge for human resource management to improve the loyalty of employees and reduce the loss of talents.In fact, to attract and keep intellectual employees, and foster the faithful, it is the key point to understand the characteristic of their demand and their expectation to companies, thus, they could give full play to the work once their high-level needs are satisfied. Therefore, the introduction of career development is of significance to satisfy workers'self-development, self-accomplishment, and enhance the loyalty.The existing situation of loyalty and career development management of companies in China is not very well and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis. As a result, the writer draws a conclusion that one of the most important factors to the low degree of loyalty is the lack of enough opportunity and space to develop companies provide for their employees. Furthermore, this paper points out the key problems enterprises are confronting in China can be explained by four aspects: traditional management idea, lagged management technology, dispersed management system, and deficiency of demonstration effect. In the mean time, the analysis based on data we collected shows and demonstrates the highly relationship between career development management and loyalty of employees. At last, through the result of empirical research, this paper constructs a system to improve the faithful of intellectuals on account of career development management, and provides corresponding strategies for knowledge workers in each different period of career development.
