IT industry with information technology as the core has become the pillar of the economic development in many countries. The status of IT industry in the whole industry system in our country is more and more important, IT plays an important role in the development of national economy in our country. In recent years, with the emergence of international industry transfer trend, our country clinging to the great opportunities of IT industry development, bring in foreign advanced science and technology, at the same time, increase investment in science and technology research and development, strengthen independent innovation, especially in the mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, electronic commerce and Internet of things areas, such as strengthening technology research and development and policy support, to prompt the rapid development of IT industry and to promote the shift of our country from the IT powers to IT power. So, the research of IT industry development about our country, has an important significance to enhance the overall competitiveness of our country industry system, to speed up the development of the national economy, and to enhance China’s comprehensive strength.From the point of China’s IT industry research, current research mainly concentrate on the area research, including the role of IT industry to economic growth, analyzes the linkage between IT industry and a certain or some industry, and how to improve the competitiveness of IT industry. But the analysis about the position of IT industry in the whole industry system in the new period and the associated effect of inter-industry in the IT industry are seriously insufficient, and whether the structure of IT industry is unclear, thus it is difficult to study how the development of IT industry to promote industrial structure upgrade. This makes the guidance and support function of IT industry in promoting China’s industrial structure optimization and competitiveness ascension weak.Based on the above analysis, this article obtains from the perspective of industry linkage, using the input-output theory and network theory to study the overall industry linkage among our country information industry, the linkage among sub network of information industry and the linkage between information industry sub network with other industry. First of all, this paper summarized the theory about IT industry, input-output theory and industry linkage theory research progress at home and abroad, and laid a solid foundation for the paper. Secondly, the paper defined the specific scope of the IT industry, combined with the current situation of the development of IT industry in our country, compiled the input-output table of China’s IT industry 62 department according to the existing statistical data of our country and yearbook data of 2010, and constructed the IT industry network model according to Zhao-model. Again, according to the input-output table, this paper separately analyzed consumption coefficient, distribution coefficient, industry spread effect, Then on the basis of the IT industry network model established in this paper, analyzed the structure linkage among the information industry. And according to the analysis of the overall linkage of our country information industry, and based on the 2010 data of input-output table of China 65 department, analyzed the consumption relationship and distribution relationship among the industry number of 38,39,40,52. Then according to the industry network theory, studied the status of the four sub information industry in the industrial network and the linkage relationship with other industries. The study found that the overall information industry of our country has developed rapidly, and play an important role in the industry network; and the hardware industry developed faster than the software industry in the information industry; in industry are all from itself, illustrating that the China information industry has strong ability of endogenous. Finally, combining the current situation and conditions of the IT industry development in our country, on the basis of the above research about the relationship of IT industry, the comprehensive evaluation on the status and role of the IT industry were showed, then dig out the IT industry which are closely connected with the IT industry, and put forward strategy and countermeasures about China’s IT industry development. |
