The rapid growth of China's network operators bring great changes on the logistics, distribution and trading pattern, the traditional express delivery and transport industry is facing enormous challenges. New operation mode of the logistics industry is needed to adapt to the situation.This thesis mainly focused on warehousing logistics management of 3rd Party logistics company, analyzed the problems and present improvements. Warehouse logistics company based e-commerce use third-party logistics information systems and Internet technology to improve its warehousing and logistics service operations strategy. The bottleneck of E-commerce is logistics. The traditional logistics can't meet the needs of e-commerce development. This thesis described the W company optimization measures on information building, the storage process and the order processing, which improved the information level and service levels.
