As the external economic environment brings change to the enterprise development mode and of the popularity of the Internet and new media expand, the development mode of postal business begins to transform. Traditional postal business gradually shrinks, it can’t support the long-term development of the post. As traditional postal business has already occupied half of the financial business, its operating conditions plays a key role for the development of postal business. As a stated-owned enterprise, in order, YZ Company must promote the financial business development of the company by conducting financial branches sales transformation project to promote financial business competitive ability. The most key factor to improve the competitive ability of the branches is the staff, they promote the development of the business of financial branches by handling the business and maintaining the customer. Financial branches sales upgrading has changed the original employees working mode and working process. It improves the financial branches marketing ability and customer management ability. To consolidate the achievements of transformation and normalize management mode financial business, the company must establish a set of matching performance examine mechanism. The performance examine mechanism can help the employees’ work direction keep pace with the strategic orientation of financial branches development.I first makes a brief introduction to the related theories of performance examine. On the basis of theoretical research, I conclude the current problems of performance examine of YZ company’s financial branches by analyzing the overall situation of YZ company’s financial branches and the present situation of performance examine. Then, according to the branches marketing transformation goal, stick to distribution according to work, both efficiency and fair principle, clear job responsibilities, etc, I advise to set up the piecework system which will guarantee both team work and team performance. I also advise to establish a comprehensive examine system of financial branches. The system can coach employees focus on process control and clear the staff’s achievements and deficiency. And I also verify the effectiveness of the performance examine system by taking the "the wealth manager" for example. At last, I put forward the relevant supporting measures from idea transformation, the leadership and support system.
