A Study On The Optimization Of Piecework Compensation System Of H Company

Since China's reform and opening up,private enterprises have developed rapidly and played a crucial role in the economic development in China.However,with the slowdown in economic growth,the conflict of overcapacity in domestic manufacturing enterprises has become more serious.Market competition has intensified further so corporate transformation is imminent.In recent years,countless small and medium-sized garment manufacturers have been forced to close due to poor economic conditions.As an important part of the operating cost,salary is undoubtedly calling for reform,and piecework compensation as the main form of compensation system in small and medium-sized garment manufacturing enterprises has become the focus of this paper.In this paper,the author,combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,explores several aspects of piecework compensation system of H Company,such as incentives,fairness and external competitiveness,etc.and the relations among these aspects on the basis of the salary management theory and the relevant knowledge of piecework compensation.Moreover,the author,through the external environment and internal factors of the company,optimizes the existing production employee's piecework compensation system of H Company,which helps to improve the satisfaction of production employees and enhance their work enthusiasm.And this paper focuses on putting the quality assessment into the new compensation system,and make it link with employee's piecework income,to achieve a balance between quantity and quality in the piecework compensation system,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
