Moreover, some supporting measures also be put forward following with the new system, mainly related to five aspects in controlling compensation cost, setting up training system, also the support of leaders and understanding of employees, so that the systems could be implemented favorably.Based on the compensation management theory and the principle of piecework plan, the redesign of the piecework compensation system of production staff in Xi'an DeYu software technology Co., Ltd is posed on the basis of piecework with taking quality as dominant factor, which has certain practical significance. Due to the piecework system always has been applied in manufacturing factory, the study in this thesis of the application of the piecework with taking quality as dominant factor in service outsourcing company has a certain reference value to similar enterprises, especially in motivating employees and enhancing efficiency.
