Go along with the financial market in our country, integrate with the world market, financial disintermediation trend more obvious, being the leading position of commercial Banks in the financial service trade, the electric business challenges, the competition in banking is more vigorous. The current financial reform, interest rate marketization of is imminent, and at the same time, private capital into the banking policy barriers have been eliminated, the next five to 10 years, the traditional commercial bank’s survival, development, and further intensify the pressure on profits. Operation and competition of pressure through the layers of conduction, eventually falls to the frontline employees of commercial Banks, and the employee has a positive state of mind to a great extent, determines the performance level and competition ability of the bank.Mental state from the perspective of inputs and outputs, called the psychological capital. Given the psychological capital have a significant impact on employee behavior, academic field and human resources management for psychological capital has done a lot of research, the organization managed to maintain a good mental state employees, employees of inner feelings and outward behavior at the same time changes, more emphasis on the culture of the organization’s own psychological qualities of loyalty and emotional, more actively cooperate with the behavior of complete organizational tasks and improve work performance. In the study, the author first for employee psychological capital, and its influencing factors set forth, in turn leads to the concept and methods of measurement of work performance.
