In the current era of knowledge economy, innovation is the core drive for the development of enterprises and even countries. For enterprises, technology innovation is the source of vitality and key to prosperity. Therefore, human resource involved in technology innovation will be the core of the enterprises and the key factor to the development of enterprises.The professional technician have independence, liberty and the pursuit of self-realization. There is a higher risk of losing them, which brings serious challenges to human resource management of enterprises. How to attract and retain the professional technician is a subject worthy of further study. It is demonstrated that psychological contract, as a bridge between employees and enterprises, plays a very important role. To formulate technical staff mobility policy from the perspective of psychological contract can effectively avoid the brain drain risk, and promote the long-term development of enterprises.From the perspective of psychological contract, the paper uncovers the implications and characteristics of the professional technician and analyzes the influence of their loss to enterprises, through the study of psychological contract theory and literature as well as the loss of technical staff at enterprises. The paper also looks into the current loss of technician at XT Company and proposes relevant measures from the foundation of human resource, the process of psychological contract building and the content of psychological contract.This thesis covers five parts:The first part is introduction. It introduces research background, purpose, methodology and innovation;The second part summarizes the domestic and foreign research survey. It introduces the research survey of psychological contract, the professional technical staff and the staff turnover.The third part is a case study of the professional technician loss of XT Company. It includes the base case, organization structure, employee turnover, the reason and situation analysis.The fourth part put forward measures and recommendations of XT Company from three aspects-human resources foundation, psychological contract building and its content.The fifth part is the conclusion and summary of the research results of this paper. It illustrates the insufficiency of the research as well as future work on it.
