Ever since the 18th Party Congress, particularly since the third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee, with the all-round expansion and deepening of reform, China’s political, economic and social situation has undergone dramatic changes. The three-stage overlapping of economy has led to the economic restructuring and economic slowdown, interest marketization and the grave challenges brought by emergence of new technologies and new models represented by Internet finance; the new banking entities such as private banks has worsened the increasingly fierce competition within the same industry; the banking supervision requirement is constantly increasing. In particular the comprehensive adoption of Basel Agreement III has entered the phase of countdown and most middle and small banks are faced with a huge pressure in reaching the target; for a long time at present and in the future, with the adjustment of various market forms and the deepening of mechanism and system reform, middle and small banks are faced with new challenges in risk control and management, management innovation, profitability model and client maintenance. As a middle-and-small city commercial bank, Bank of Weifang is faced with more sever challenges.In order to deal with the rapid development in economy and face the challenges and competitions nowadays.Banks must realize that talented persons are the key to their success and development.People are the core competitive power of the company.Therefore,it is very critical to continue pursuing talented individuals and pay enough attention to the human resources training program.In this paper, the research objective is to focus on with the training system of Bank of Weifang with the attempt to improve the efficiency of training system and enhance the human resource performance. Based on the human resources training theory proposed by domestic and foreign experts, we used questionnaire and interview methods to collect the sufficient information and data regarding to the Bank of Weifang. The information revealed the issues and problems existed in the training system of Bank of Weifang. The reasons were objectively analyzed and the solutions were proposed. We hope those research results can benefit the training system of Bank of Weifang, improve the quality of training, and increase the employee performance in future.
