With the advent of the era of human resources strategy, more and more business organizations recognize that competition among enterprises is the talent competition, the entire profit chain, the staff are all benefits creator. In the "people management" today, in order to create a differentiated competitive advantage, enhance their core competitiveness, we need to constantly improve the capacity and quality of staff, that the implementation of effective staff training to staff training has become a corporate human priority resource management.Staff training is certainly the organization in order to effectively conduct business and nurture talent, using a variety of ways for employees purposeful, planned development and training. Staff training is a very systematic work, the effect is often not depend on individual trainees, and plays a key role in the organism as a business organization itself. On the one hand, strengthen staff training can enhance the competitiveness and realize the strategic goals of the enterprise; On the other hand, unified personal development goals and enterprise’s strategic development target can meet the needs of the employees’self development and arouse the enthusiasm of employees work, to enhance the cohesion force of the enterprise.With the development of the national economy, competition in the financial sector has become intense. In order to adapt to changing consumer demand, bank customers and get their own development in an increasingly competitive banking industry, improving the quality of human resources has become the banking sector made the winning point in the competition urgent needs.So, what kind of measures to adopt appropriate training, staff training on how to establish a scientific mechanism, in order to foster learning staff, to create a learning organization, building a puzzle a scientific staff training system is the most business organizations face.This article draws on research scholars in staff training to Vietnam Maritime Commercial Bank as the research object, using the questionnaire method, the current corporate staff training and conduct investigations in conjunction with General Maritime Commercial Bank of Vietnam, analyzes Vietnam the reason for the existence of maritime commercial bank staff training issues, and issues arising. Finally, the Vietnam Maritime Commercial Bank to build a set of targeted scientific staff training system to improve its overall competitiveness in the banking system.
