The 1960s and 1970s, the Japanese economy to achieve rapid development, just a few decades Japan has been ranked the world’s second largest economy, electronic products, represented by Japanese technology gradually into the international arena. The eighties and nineties, as the representative of the Asian tigers, Korean economy began to take off and quickly entered the ranks of developed countries. Samsung, Hyundai and other Korean companies has grown to multinational giants.After the reform and opening up, China has achieved rapid economic growth, and once all of Japan, South Korea, so similar. China, as a country who got a weak industrial base, shortage of technology and funds, the reform road facing more challenges and uncertainties. Japan and South Korea’s technological innovation model to whether China can play the same role? the paper will also be discussed. Vast land of China, different of Japan and South Korea, can’t avoid a very difficult problem, and that is not balanced regional development. For domestic SMEs to explore innovation and imitation, can we have a research for different regions? In this study, which also will be discussed.In the research of economic growth model about Japan and South Korea, we found that there are a lot of imitate and introduction of technology in economic development, across the cost advantages,they develop new markets, technologies and accumulate capital. In the medium term economic development, Japan and South Korea starting from the beginning of the transition simple imitation to innovation and imitation, and accumulated a lot of capital and technology at this stage. In the latter part of the economic development, Japan and South Korea began by imitating innovation to transform innovation and the emergence of a large number of multinational companies have the capability of independent innovation. Today, China is in the middle stage of economic development, how to study learning experience from Japan and South Korea, to achieve innovation from imitation to innovation transition, with the reality of necessity and urgency.This article attempts to sort out the key factors, for example, integration, survivability, intelligence capabilities, network capabilities and absorptive capacity, which affecting innovation imitation, and onvert it to entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity, and associated social capital for explore relationship between innovation and imitation. By doing a sort of domestic SMEs employ innovative strategies to mimic provides practical guidance and help promote domestic SMEs to achieve innovation from imitation to innovation transition. The main conclusions of this study are:1, the absorption capacity for innovation and imitation of domestic SMEs have a positive role in promoting.2. The ability to mimic the social capital of domestic SMEs have a positive role in promoting.3, entrepreneurial orientation to mimic the role of domestic SMEs Innovation is not obvious, but by affecting the absorption capacity and social capital to produce its positive role in promoting.
