The establishment of the agricultural industrial cluster is an important way to enhance agricultural competitiveness, promote the development of modern agriculture. Brands are the products of the development of agricultural industry cluster that at a certain stage of development, representing the production area of the products that have strong competitive advantages. The cultivation and development of brands are important driving forces of the agricultural industry cluster to obtain lasting competitiveness and sustainable development. If you don’t have good brands, the regional characteristics of agricultural industry cluster are difficult to reveal and extension, cannot make cluster internal form resultant force to develop and occupy the market, its sustainable development will be affected.This article combined the agricultural industry cluster and the agricultural products brand, comprehensive the reality of Shandong agricultural industrial cluster and the brand cultivating, research the agriculture industry cluster development problems from the angle of brand, making the brand play its important role in the process of economic development through its unique industry advantages. The full text is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, introduced the background of topic selected, the research purpose and meaning, the related research both at home and abroad and the innovations and deficiencies. The second part discusses the related theory of agricultural industry cluster, brand and so on. The third part use the SWOT analysis method, analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Shandong agriculture industry cluster based on the brand. The fourth part, based on the previous studies, to define the influence elements of the route sequence of Shandong agricultural industrial cluster based on the brand. Applying ISM analysis method, made the elements to build a sequence structure model of multistage ladder, it is concluded the logical relationship between the elements. The fifth part put forward the development path of the agricultural industrial cluster based on the brand based on the elements. Part six analyzed the typical cases about the agricultural industrial development in Shandong, Weifang vegetables industrial cluster and proposed the related proposals. The seventh part put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of development that are in view of Shandong province and operable.
