As local traditional industrial clusters, Zhejiang's industrial clusters have gain flourishing development, and have its advantages and can represent some of our country's. Incentive faced by domestic and international competitiveness, that if industrial clusters in Zhejiang province are able to truly sustainable development, are capability of the strength of international competition, can continuously adjust the industrial structure to development international is what we focus on.Using the global value chain theory and the smile curve to analysis the Shaoxing textile industry cluster and its international development, and to let it learn how to create in Global Value Chain and how to expand their development space and transfer growth mode.
