As the economic is not as positive as expected these years, most of companies have to face the pressure of marketing. Marketing is never as important as now. Marketing Channel is the shortcut for lots of companies to go more closely to customer in not only for temporary but also in a long run. Lots of companies take their marketing channel as strategy resources. Marketing channels are parts of their companies.To analyze the distribution channel of Ferretto Beijing. We collect the marketing data from company. From the data, we can find the problem in Ferretto distribution channel. To optimize the distribution channel, we paid visit to lots of potential partner to analyze the collaboration possibility.From marketing data we can find the activity is not enough for current agents in South China and East China. This cause lots of lost for Ferretto and Ferretto has to change to a more wide distribution channels.Because Ferretto products are quite complicated, exclusive distribution is the best choice for Chinese market logically. But after three years running, it seemed not as good as expected. For better marketing, selective distribution could be a good choice. To keep Ferretto marketing orderly, Ferretto try to optimize the distribution channel by cut the territory of South China agent and East China agent. Meanwhile, Ferretto will invite more agent in different area in South, East and also Central China.If marketing distribution channel of Ferretto China can be optimized as design. The marketing ability of distribution channel will increase a lot. All agents and partner will benefit a lot from the improvement. But the optimization is quite complicated, Ferretto needs great supports from all parties involved for better win-win collaboration.
