With the development of human society, the accelerated pace of life, people in modern society are faced with the need to play different roles and deal with the problem of the relationship between the different roles. However, since the practical reasons, people’s time and energy is limited, people tend to want to play well at the same time each role, but it will produce a conflict between work and family. The particularity of the nature of the geological survey personnel, such as field work longer, making the work-family conflict this group became worthy of study.How work-family conflict for the impact of work pressure, organizational support between the two can play a mediating role, previous studies have very little, especially in research on geological exploration staff work-family conflict is still blank. Eventually we hope to find ways to reduce employee stress and reduce work-family conflict. This study selected the geological survey personnel Hebei, Liaoning, Beijing and other places of geological units as the research object, work-family conflict, job stress, organizational support classic questionnaire after revision as a research tool, by SPSS19.0 software data processing, the study of this group of work-family conflict, relationship between work stress and organizational support.After interviews and the results of the questionnaire analysis showed the presence of geological exploration personnel greater work-family conflict, work pressure larger issues such as work-family conflict with the geological survey personnel changes marital status, age and other demographic factors have a significant difference. In the role of organizational support, work-family conflict for the impact of work pressure was significantly weakened. This study fills the status of work-family conflict geological prospecting staff research gaps in-depth study of work-family conflict, organizational support, the relationship between the working pressure to be innovative.
