Research On The Credit Rating Of Electric Power Industry In China

The electric power industry as a basic industry, plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy, but the rating agencies in the establishment of electric power rating system is lack of standards and norms, the credit risk can not be caused by the electric power industry is a timely response, therefore, according to the characteristic of power industry, constructed a set to conform to our country electric power characteristics of the credit rating system, conducive to fair, accurate assessment of the electric power industry, which is beneficial to the healthy development of China’s electric power industry.Research on electric power industry credit rating this as a starting point, through the analysis of the rating agencies in the power rating index system and rating method contains the problems, and according to the principle of setting characteristics and the electricity power industry system, the reference of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and consulting experts on the establishment of the index system of power industry, and applied AHP analysis to determine the weight of each evaluation index, two aspects in the weight rating on the company’s financial indicators and operation and competition. Next, the company’s index of classification effectively and scores are mapped, and the total score to classify mapping. Then in the empirical analysis on the actual case, the electric power industry building rating system shows that the total scores of companies, and determine the rating level, through the analysis of the rating results rating method in this paper with respect to the rating agency advantage. The last part is the conclusion, put forward some policy suggestions to promote and the rating method. Hope that the credit rating system of the power industry to power industry overall, real credit risk rating method, also can regulate the rating agencies, the credit level of electric power enterprise real and effective, to promote the rapid development of China’s economy.
