| With the introduction and development of intellectual tourism, tourism enterprise information construction has attracted more and more attention.Information technology development of China’s tourism has experienced electronic tourism 1.0 times and digital tourism 2.0 times, and is striding toward wisdom tourism 3.0 times. However, at present, the majority of the information construction of tourism enterprises in China still remain in the digital tourism stage, which exists a big distance from wisdom travel requirements and need urgently to be upgraded and improved. Based on this, This paper builds a tourism enterprise information service capacity assessment system in line with the requirements of the wisdom of tourism,and make a corresponding upgrade program according to the development of information technology of tourism enterprises in different developing degrees.This paper creatively presents a information-based service concept for tourism enterprise, defining it as†activities based on informationization technology and equipment, taking improving tourism enterprises efficiency and customer satisfaction as the goal, collecting, collating and using the information and providing relevant information products and servicesâ€. This study builds tourism enterprise information service capability model from a three-dimension of information technology investment, the use of information technology and information utility, and designs a tourism enterprise information service assessment index system including enterprise information technology equipment factors, organizational management factors,human resource factor, efficiency indicators of factors and service satisfaction, based on the reference to the domestic and foreign representative assessment of enterprise information. Then this paper carries out information service capability assessment and cases analysis by dividing tourism enterprises into three kinds of scenic garden,travel agencies, hotels and restaurants, taking tourism enterprises in Zhengzhou City as an example, and finally put forwards different promoting suggestions according to varied tourism enterprise. |
