Study On The Construction Of Tourism Information Service System

With the arrival of the era of "wisdom travels", tourism informatization constructionhas become an important support for sustainable development of tourism industry, animportant way to realize the modernization of tourism management and the importantimpetus to promote transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry. It has becomean inevitable requirement and rational choice for tourism informatization construction tomake use of this opportunity to establish tourism information service system andstrengthen the availability, scale, sharing and practicality of tourism information to meetthe needs of tourists, tourism enterprises and department of tourism management oftourism information resources using information technology.Based on the system theory, information management theory, public managementtheory, this thesis conducts a comprehensive and systematic research on the constructionof tourism information service system, taking the methods of literature study, survey andan empirical analysis. The study mainly includes three aspects: One is the theoreticalresearch. The study is guided by the tourism information service and system theory,refers to the relevant theory and its development trend and proceeds fromthe systematic theory in order to solve the problem of connotation of tourist informationservice system from the theoretical level and build theoretical foundation of the study.The second is the study of the reality of tourism information service system. Byanalyzing the status of the development of tourist information services in China, thestudy finds out that the construction of tourism service information system in China isstill insufficient. Moreover, the necessity and feasibility of the construction of tourisminformation service system are studied and the construction achievements of domesticdeveloped tourism city are referred to, aiming to build a relatively perfect tourisminformation service system for tourism city. The third is the study of countermeasures ofconstruction plan of the tourism information service system. The study illustrates indetail the framework, the security system and the contents of the system of theconstruction of tourism information service system and thus points out that the tourism information service system in China should include five aspects: the tourismadministrative information service system, tourist information service system, tourismenterprises information service system, tourism monitoring and prediction system andtourism security system and puts forward some relevant suggestions on systemconstruction. Finally the study puts forward the market forecast.This thesis tries to analyze the theory and practice of construction of tourisminformation service system in order to contribute to the development of the relevanttheory and give some guidance for the practical work of tourism administrativedepartment.
