| The economy of the developing countries in the 21st Century will be city or urban agglomerations-centered. In this essay, the author holds that the inevitable alternative to develop Hunan province is the integration of cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan called Chang-zhu-tan for short. In this process, the industrial cluster plays a decisive role. The industrial development, indispensable for the development of urban agglomerations, is not that of an individual industry.In one hand, this text, in virtue of statistics investigation and document, data reading, which, on the other hand, concludes and analyzes Chang-zhu-tan integration situation and present situation of industrial cluster, under this foundation it discusses a series of problems about Chang-zhu-tan industrial cluster in present period. This paper consists of five parts, with the main themes of each part as follows: First of all, it elaborates research background and research purpose and meaning of the text, on this base, it induces the main topic; finishes theoretical review of industrial cluster research at home and abroad; includes research frame and research method in this paper. Second, it briefly describes the connotation, model and characteristics of regional industrial cluster, and it argues the position and function of industrial cluster from basic theories and practical experience. This paper, from the point of demonstration, gives two typical examples separately about the foundation and development of industrial cluster and draws up enlightenment and experience. And then, it offers an experimental analysis of Chang-zhu-tan area. The first, it gives a concise explanation of the general situation of Chang-zhu-tan area and present state of development of regional economy integration; the second, it analyzes practical foundation of industrial cluster's development in Chang-zhu-tan area at present; eventually, it researches and studies the present situation of development and characteristics of industrial cluster in Chang-zhu-tan area. Afterwards, on the ground of conclusion and analysis of present stage of Chang-zhu-tan industrial cluster, it carries on any analysis towards the problem for existing which includes: lacking of good external environment; correlation degree of the industry is low; in short of development capital of high-tech industry; industrial cluster's creative ability is weak. The last but not least, it mainly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which aim at the problems mentioned above about Chang-zhu-tan industrial cluster which include: continue to construct the soft environment that in favor of the development of industrial cluster; accelerating the process of market integration in Chang-zhu-tan area; establishing investing and financing system which is advantageous to innovation and entrepreneur; committing to set up regional creative system and network. |
