Research On The Regional Military And Civilian Integration Industry Cluster Development

The integration of military and civilian in China is mainly manifested as an industrial combination of military enterprises and private high-tech enterprises in the region.The research object is the industrial cluster of Chinese military and private high-tech enterprises,based on an evaluation index system of military and civilian integration industry cluster which constructed by AHP method.Using measurement method as factor analysis and cluster analysis,to compare the civil-military integration of industrial cluster development of the regions of Beijing,Shanghai,Suzhou,Shaoxing,Luoyang,Wuhan,Changsha,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Chengdu and Xi'an.The results showed,"research and development" and "technology application" are two of the most important factors for the benign development of military and civilian integration industry cluster,Chongqing,Wuhan,Chengdu,Beijing,Xi'an,and Shenzhen have good performance in these aspects.The index of "economic and social benefits" is a secondary factor,Chongqing,Xi'an,Suzhou,and Beijing are better than the other regions in this regard.Overall,Chongqing is a typical of civil-military integration of industrial cluster development in our country,Xi'an,Wuhan,Chengdu,Beijing,Shenzhen and other cities are in the second echelon,Shaoxing and Changsha's district development level is lower than the national average level of the military and civilian industrial base.Paper selectstwo national military and civilian industrial bases: Chongqing Bishan Industrial Park and the second echelon of Xi'an Aerospace Science and Technology Industrial Base,conducting case analysis of industry cluster organizational form,then put forward government support strategy combined with the empirical analysis resultwhich can promote the development of Chinese military and civilian integration industry cluster.
