Study On Problem Of The Farmers' Compensation And Resettlement Involved In Land Requisition

In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization, the city scope expanded, the original villages have now become the city part,. More and more land has been expropriated. The number of landless peasants has increased and it has brought many social problems which has aroused the high attention.The essay includes four parts. Part 1, the writer researches on the background of the problem, analyzes the occurrence and development of Village in City and the number of landless peasants. Part 2, the writer summarizes the compensation and resettlement of the landless peasants. Landless peasants now described in detail the problems in the compensation system. Part 3, this paper introduces several models on the placement of Village in City. Part 4, the paper has made an introduction about the lost-land status of the village in Baoding and the problems of the peasants faced in the course. Paper introduces the overview of the lost-land village, lost during the various problems faced by the villagers, the villagers living such as basic status, focusing on the village lost during the approach and features of the compensation and resettlement. Put forward the concept of sustainable development and protection, through the village set up its own development company, the maximum guarantee of the interests of the villagers, this study of landless peasants have a strong practical significance. Part 5, this paper proposes the policy recommendation. We hope we could get the security measures about landless peasants, so that the landless peasants could also enjoy the warmth of the urban and rural co-ordination and the harmonious society.Taking introducing-analyzing-resolving as a technical line, focusing on compensation and resettlement issues of the village, the methods combine literature research, survey, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The writer consulted monographs and treatises, surveyed in the village, talked to employees from relative governmental institutions, so the essay integrates theory with practice, and offers suggestions for the village farmers of the compensation and resettlement issues.
