In order to explore the ecological and economic benefits of different afforestation models in degraded mountain of Shandong province, and to do evaluation and analysis for assessment of ecological and economic benefits of the eight afforestation models. The paper take different afforestation models which planted in the different small water shed located in Laiwu, Xintai, Juxian, Rushan, Sishui and Mengyin city as the objects, and then analysis the economic indicators of 8 different afforestation models, aims to provide the basis of the optimization for ecological afforestation project in degraded mountain, and aims to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the study in home and abroad in terms of ecological afforestation model development in degraded mountain zone. Obtained the following research results and conclusion:(1)The afforestation tending investment of different afforestation model.The differences of site conditions、soil types and altitude create the divergence between different afforestation model. So the investment costs per hectare of the eight kinds of afforestation models in 1-4 years showed as follows: S1=13750yuan, S2=14680yuan, S3=11750yuan, S4=15190yuan, S5=11500yuan, S6=11678yuan, S7=15190yuan, S8=15520yuan. In 5-10 years,the investment costs per hectare of the eight kinds of afforestation models in showed as follows: S1=3600yuan, S2=3600yuan, S3=3600yuan, S4=23400yuan, S5=3600yuan, S6=3600yuan, S7=23400yuan, S8=34200yuan. The total investment during 10 years is showed as follows: S1=17350 yuan, S2=18280 yuan, S3=15350 yuan, S4=38590 yuan, S5=15100 yuan, S6=15278 yuan, S7=38590 yuan, S8=49720 yuan.( 2) The direct economic benefits of different afforestation models.The different afforestation outputs different economic models, The economic output per hectare of model S1 to S8 respectively are 15336 yuan,16849 yuan, 27,533 yuan, 235313 yuan, 24500 yuan, 29043 yuan, 300720 yuan and 762300 yuan, during which the best model is S8 for 762,300 yuan / hm2; and the smallest model is S1 for 15,336 yuan / hm2.(3)The ecological benefits of different afforestation model. From the third years after afforestation when it plays a full ecological benefits, we begin to calculate, the ecological benefits of different afforestation models show different features. The ecological benefits per hectare of model S1 to S8, including the storage benefit value, reduce the waste land value, sedimentation reduction value, value of carbon sequestration and the value of nutrient benefit,respectively are 22208 yuan, 25672 yuan, 38696 yuan, 11016 yuan,33495 yuan, 40894 yuan, 15327 yuan, 16941 yuan, during which the best model S6 is 40894 yuan /hm2; and the smallest model S1 is11016 yuan /hm2.(4)The output-input ratio of different afforestation model.The afforestation overall play to the ecological benefits always in third years after afforestation, from this year begin to calculate the output and input ratio, the results of different afforestation models showed that the output-input ratio from the afforestation model of S1 to S8 respectively are 2.16﹕1;2.33﹕1;4.31﹕1;6.38﹕1;3.84﹕1;4.58﹕1;8.19﹕1 and 15.67﹕1, during which the output-input ratio of economic forest and tea garden are more larger than others and the output-input ratio of the tea garden is the largest. Because of the economic benefits of economic forest and tea garden are better than other afforestation model, it has a larger profit.
