As a traditional agricultural country in our country, the number of farmers accounted for the most of population in our country. Since entering the new century, the Chinese government increasing attention to the problem s of agriculture, countryside and farmers, and along with the advancement of urbanization in our country, rural population in our country a lot of transfer to the town, but the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is still the focus of our government. As people’s basic needs and to provide for the related to people’s life, even though China’s current basic living needs ar e met, greatly enrich people’ s material life, and then followed by food safety issues af fecting the people, the m ost people the most basic consumption of edible vegetable quality and safety is to get people’s attention. People demand for high quality, pollution-free, green vegetables calls for more and m ore high. According to the situation of vegetable industry developm ent in China, although our country’ s vegetables meet self-sufficiency, but as a resu lt of our vegetable variety of fl owers scattered, far mers themselves the power of the weak, the mode of operation is not advanced, and the problem of smaller make vegetable safety problem difficult to solve in our country, the reason is because the farmers lack of vegetable safety contro l, which has becom e an important reason to endanger the safety of vegetables in China. In order to change our country vegetables quality and safety problem, improve vegetable quality control efforts, and prom ote the healthy development of vegetables in our country, farmers need to strengthen the control in the process of vegetable production.As China’s largest production base of vege tables, as rural industrialization rapidly, Shouguang also agricultural city of Shandong province. To have a clear understand of Shouguang vegetable production and m arketing, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter m ainly for dom estic and forei gn research present s ituation, the research background, purpose, significance, research methods and innovation points; T he second chapter for the study of the related concepts an d theories, of vegetables, vegetable production and marketing environment, vegetable quality and safety, and features and the related theoretical basis for research; The third chapter for the quality of vegetable production and marketing link security influence factors analysis, this part fi rst analyzes the techn ological factors affecting the safety of vegetables quality, then also analyzes the reason of produce quality safety; The fourth chapter of Shouguang vegetables and control aspects of research, production and sales headquarters is divided into four parts, respectively, introduces the development situation of Shouguang vegetable i ndustry followed by com paring of vertical coordination and quality control, finally to farmers to understand and know the situation of vegetable quality and safety, finally proposed a variety of m odel farmers planting behavior change. The fifth chapter puts forward the co rresponding Suggestions on the issue of the appeal, mainly from the farm ers’ professional cooperative city, diversification of operation method and illustrates the different ways of collaboration. The sixth chapter summarize study of this article.
