From the late 1990 s to the present, our country agriculture park is developing rapidly. But from the related research shows that modern agriculture park development present situation is not optimistic in our country, a large proportion of agriculture park is in a state of loss-making. Investigate its reason, hardware facilities construction is not problem, software construction is the crux. Management pattern(or operating mode) is one of the main aspects. Therefore, it is necessary for agricultural park operating mode study, explore the effective mechanism for the sustainable development of the park. Based on this, this article obtains from the technology of modern agricultural park docking mechanism, focusing on agricultural science and technology park expert courtyard, discusses its feasibility in theory, in practice, summing up the successful model, and with Tai’an Tianze agricultural science and technology park in shandong province as a case to analysis.The main research content is as follows: at first, this paper discusses the development background of modern agriculture in our country, and define the concept of modern agriculture.
