The operation pattern of agricultural mechanization and retail restrict the specialization and popularization and application of new agricultural technology, resulting in the agricultural labor productivity far behind the developed countries.Developing peasants’professional cooperatives is an effective way to solve rural and agriculture to the current dilemma. The object of peasants’professional cooperatives service is its members, mainly to provide agricultural production, market, transportation, storage, processing and management technology information services related to agricultural production. Professional farmers cooperatives play a very important role in increasing farmers’income guidance, improve the degree of organization of farmers’production, promote the integration of the rural labor force and agricultural natural resources, the causes of increasing the peasants’ability in the market economy competition. And that is the effective way to solve the present difficulties of rural areas and agriculture.In the paper, analyzing the study combining the domestic and international agricultural cooperatives, agricultural development, experience reference, we aim to obtain a national demonstration cooperatives and provincial cooperatives demonstration agency of Linqu County bright cooperatives as the research object focused on agricultural cooperatives as typical cases. After analyzing the current development situation, feature of development, result of development, and then find the professional farmers cooperatives problems existing in the process of development and the causes of these problems, we put forward some suggestions for the operation of the professional farmers cooperatives domestic and operation mode providing reference and guidance for the development of cooperatives later.
