Study On Economic Development Of Rural Community In Hanting District Of Weifang City

Along with the process of urbanization, some rural areas gradually turned into the communities by the reform from villager committee to resident committee, the asset reform, and leaving village and living together. With taking the community management model, the rural community economy has become an important part of economic development. However, due to the rural community economic development started late in our country, the ability to cope with the market competition and anti risk is not strong. Especially, most rural communities rely on the land resources, through the rental housing, land sales and other ways to develop, still in the low-end and low level. Once the resources for the survival exhausted, the rural community economy development will be facing a major challenge. In this context, this paper takes the economic development of rural community in Hanting District of Weifang city of Shandong Province as an example, analyzes the current situation of rural community economic development, the main existing problems and limitations, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the economic development of rural community in Hanting District.This paper simply analyzes the concepts of community, rural community, and rural community economy, and studies the theories of economics of location, the community development, and the industrial economic. This part mainly analyzes the status quo and problems of the rural community economic development in Hanting District. In the problem, it put forward the ideas lag, lack of unified planning, lack of elements, and the industrial system is not perfect, the subject is not strong, the reform is not in place, the government role is not enough, etc. It also analyzes the overall design, the basic principles and specific development way choice of the rural community economic development in Hanting District, of which, focusing on the five types of the characteristic agriculture, the characteristic processing, the market logistics, the towns dependent and the resource development. On this basis, it put forward some specific measures and suggestions of rural community economic development in Hanting District. Firstly, it recommends implementing the unified planning, including the space, the industry and the government. Secondly, it proposes to vigorously promote the reform of ownership system, and provides the power to accelerate the development. Thirdly, it suggests increasing the financial supports, such as the role of the agricultural financial institutions, the rural cooperative finance and the policy funds.
