Entering the 21 st century, we deeply realize the current is faster than ever in an age o f change. In front of the opportunities and challenges, how to win in the fierce market co mpetition is problem that Chinese large and medium commercial enterprises should be sol ved. In recent years, Chinese large and medium commercial enterprises has made many br illiant achievements, but there are still many problems in the area of sustainable developm ent. For this reason, many of Chinses large and medium enterprises have embarked on the road of change and innovation to maintain rapid development and continue to enhance th e market competitiveness. Medium and large business enterprises deem it is the best mana gement ideas that introduce and speedy implement the "learning organizations".Firstly,thesis introduced the learning type organization of related theory systemicly, it include the inland and abroad research. Secondly, thesis analysis the development of Ch ina medium commercial enterprise and the problems when they build learning type organi zation.Then,paper research medium commercial established guiding ideology, and how t o build learning type organization system, the thesis divided learning type organization sy stem of building into building vision system, and building learning system, and building g uarantees system, and summarize the implement and implementation of process. Finally, according to the Changsha transport logistics enterprises, formulate its programme of bui lding learning organizations, monitor its implementation, and the establishment of the eva luation index system and score on this every year.Main results in this thesis are:(1) According to the learning type organization in the development of China and the problems when China’s large and medium sized businesses constructed the learning-type organization,writer put forward a programmes.that build learning type organization shoul d follow shared vision, learning system, incentives, guarantee mechanisms as core.(2) According to actual conditions Changsha logistics Ltd,writer suggest presents cor porate culture as the core, combining personal vision and vision, focusing on training and "trainee" system for the protection of the building programme of the learning organization(3) Establishing comprehensive evaluation system of the learning organization, Chan gsha Express Logistics company will be evaluated in recently two years from finance dimensions, internal administration dimensions, learning and innovation dimensions, then,it g et the experence that the company should enhance the internal training and interoperabilit y, and inronduce the knowledge management.
