Research On The Construction Of Knowledge Learning System For Large Scale Construction Project Team

With the highly difficulty and complexity construction of large-scale construction projects is becoming more prominent,knowledge learning has become the basic means to improve the performance of team work.But the project team member's profession is different,the knowledge domain is different,and knowledge study have many influence factors.This makes the large-scale construction project team must have a better level of knowledge management.Presently,the project team's knowledge learning is spontaneous,have no systematic organization.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a system of knowledge learning system to make knowledge learning systematic and institutionalized.This thesis based on the research results of the theory of knowledge learning in large scale construction projects at home and abroad,the following research work has been done:Firstly,proposed three characteristics of project team knowledge learning,which are implicit,inter domain and attribute of game.Also analysis the project team knowledge learning in three modes: cross team learning model,"mentoring system" learning mode,the project team after the dissolution of the learning mode,and summed up the four major process of knowledge learning;Secondly,Based on the analysis of four knowledge learning process:knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer,knowledge utilization and knowledge innovation,build a structural equation models,analyzed the influence factors of the construction of the team knowledge learning system of the large scale construction project.The final path parameter chart is drawn,and the weight value of each influencing factor is also obtained;Finally,Construct the knowledge contribution motivation system,knowledge transfer to promote the system,knowledge learning file system and knowledge transmission guide system for the main body of large construction project team knowledge learning system,and elaborated the connotation of each kind of system and the embodiment of the system.Finally,combined with the application of the case,it verifies the feasibility and operability of the system of knowledge learning,and puts forward the guarantee measures for the operation of the related knowledge learning system.This thesis combining the four processes of knowledge learning with the knowledgelearning system,so as to build a set of large-scale construction project team knowledge learning system and had a certain reference effect on the knowledge learning of large-scale construction project team.
