| Good enterprise culture is one of the important conditions of industrial modernization in China. The enterprise culture is intangible asset, and also can be called the "soulâ€. In the modern enterprise management, it is regarded as the most strategic management ideas and methods, it can influence the competitiveness of an enterprise, can rise and fall of a company.This dissertation is based on the Zhejiang Switch Factory, guided by the enterprise culture theory, based on literature studies, case studies, questionnaires and other methods to study the company’s enterprise culture and design. First, this paper reviewed the current situation and trend of enterprise culture research, reference summary of the excellent enterprise culture at home and abroad to carry out the extraction. Second papers to questionnaire survey, and interview method, selected typical, gets information,through company enterprise culture status of analysis, find has company enterprise culture exists of problems, as enterprise culture core concept refined and the interpretation insufficient, enterprise culture executive force enough, enterprise culture innovation weak, features reflected insufficient, enterprise culture construction funds inputs insufficient, employees participation degrees low problem, and then analysis produced problem of main causes.
