The Study On Classification And Output Value Calculation Method Of Deserticulture

Since Professor Qian had putted forward the concept of deserticulture, especially in the Hexi Corridor region of our country, it has a rapid development, playing a huge role for desert area’s economic development. But for the exploration of the theory and practice, there have no standard academic concept for it and no official standard for its classification. For today, data analysis have be the primary reference for policy-making and industry planning, therefore, to research the statistics system of deserticulture, design its classification, standard its data collecting and organizing work is particularly urgent. The purpose of this paper is to establish a statistical classification system, this system can cover all of the current production activities of deserticulture, and adapt to its management requirements.According to its classification system, this paper also establish its output value calculation system.Firstly, this paper draws lessons from ISIC rev.4 and the national economy industry classification (GB/T4754-2011) et al, the whole deserticulture industry is divided into four categories,12 divisions, 31 groups and 109 classes.The four categories are:deserticulture planting and breeding industry, there are three divisions,8 groups and 30 classes; deserticulture manufacturing industry, there are 5 divisions, 15 groups and 56 classes; deserticulture tourism ecological service industry, there are 2 divisions,3 groups and 7 classes; deserticulture technology and public management industry, there are 2 divisions 5 groups and 16 classes. In order to butt joint the national economy industry classification (GB/T4754-2011) and easily understood for statistical workers, this system’classes are the combination or split items of the national standard classification’119 classes. On the whole, this system has covered 40% category,26% divisions,16% groups and 11% classes of the national economy industry classification (GB/T4754-2011).Secondly, in order to establish deserticulture output value calculation system easily, this paper has made a three-stage sector classification for deserticulture, its fist stage is the first, second and third deserticulture. Then reference to national economic accounting, the first deserticulture’ output value calculation is mainly used "product method", the second and third sand deserticulture is mainly used "factory method". For value added calculation, the first deserticulture is mainly used "production method", the second and third sand deserticulture is mainly used "income method". After this, considering the defects of current national economic accounting methods and the characteristics of deserticulture, its value calculation methods ware improved, including: the perennial non-wood psammophyte output calculate improvement, its improved calculate equation apply the capital method, its foster value added is considered; the semi-finished products output calculate improvement, its improved calculate equation apply the completion method; the deserticulture tourism and leisure services output calculate improvement, which containing the desert landscape, its improved calculate equation apply the cost division method; net production of value added tax and business surplus production for value add calculate improvement in production scope. On the whole, ther are 8 general formulas and 13 special formulas for all the deserticulture output value calculation system.Finally, in order to verify the designed formulas’maneuverability and its results’scientific, I has carried on the on-the-spot investigation for WuWei, MinQin in Gansu Province, obtaining the relevant data for the trial production. For the gross output, we chose cistanche for example. Using capital method for its value calculate, we have found its result has a similar output which uses production method, this declare the method is correct. For value added,we chose a deserticulture company in Gansu Province for example, the result is net production tax is deresing, but operating surplus is rising, eventually, industrial add value is rising, value-added ratio is rising 10.23%. For all the results, we have achived a good effection for data obtained and economic significance explanation.This is the first study on deserticulture research about its classification, and according to the characteristics of the deserticulture’ special products and the output value of industrial division and so on question, I had mathematical definited it and trialed, this would explores a direction for the future study about deserticulture.
