Study On The Development Of Deserticulture About The Regional Differences And Its Influences In Xinjiang

Research on the regional differences in the development of deserticulture in Xinjiang,analysis of the relationship between the development of deserticulture and environment,economy, we can get a certain influence to the society and the relevant departments to deepen understanding of the deserticulture, but also to get a certain extent and promote the self-development of deserticulture. 26 counties(Corps) were selected as the object of study in Hotan Region of the Tarim Basin- the Taklimakan Desert Area and southern margin of Junggar basin of the Junggar basin- Gurbantunggut Desert Region. In order to obtain relevant data, took the method of field investigation and collecting data from the "2014 Xinjiang Statistics Yearbook", 2013 statistic bulletin of regions.10 typical indexes about deserticulture development, economy and environment had been chosen to study. Using the factor analysis and the cluster analysis, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation and a classification by comparison on the development of deserticulture in the 26 regions. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, this paper got the relationship between the deserticulture development and economy, the relationship between the deserticulture development and environment. The results are as follows:(1) one of the effect of the deserticulture development is that it is able to optimize the environment, promote economic development;(2) the focus and difficulties of the deserticulture development were the equilibrium problems which were the unbalanced development of southern and Northern Xinjiang;(3) short board in early developing were "crowding out" effect, it meant that too much investment would hinder the development of economy;(4) the development of deserticulture in Northern Xinjiang owned a significant backward advantage, the development of deserticulture in Northern Xinjiang was after a slow starting, but the development speed was faster than it in the Southern Xinjiang. Finally, put forward the following suggestions:(1) The relevant departments should suit its measures to local conditions, and develop the characteristic deserticulture;(2) increase the technology innovation investment, plan a rational scale of investment;(3) extend the backward advantage in the Northern Xinjiang, seek first-mover advantage in South Xinjiang. On this study, the innovation lies in:(1)This paper analyzed the regional differences of the development of deserticulture in Xinjiang, finding that “the development of Northern Xinjiang is better than the Southern part”.This did not accord with the situation of the inertia of thinking which is“the sooner, the better ”;(2)the influences of the development of deserticulture on economy and environment in Xinjiang were mined by the empirical multivariate statistical, finding that there were "out" effect. This conclusion was biased with traditional recognition which the development of deserticulture would promote the economic development. The author believes that: the research of this paper could eliminate the misunderstanding to some extent on the development of Xinjiang deserticulture. And the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward based on the problems existed in the reality which had a certain practical significance in solving the related problems.
