Throughout the history of more than 60 years of sand prevention in our country,during the country invested huge funds,accumulated lots of experience in sand,have also made considerable achievement,but every five years or so of desertification and desertification from statistical data,has not changed fundamentally desertification phenomenon,the overall ecological continues to deteriorate.Based on sand prevention sustainable perspective,in 1984,Qian xuesen put forward the development idea of deserticulture,points out the sand is not just about governance,also want to develop,the governance lies in development,is the key to improve management and optimizing management.Since the idea of the sand industry,the sand industry has been booming all over the country,which has already realized the goal of the hundreds of millions of industries.however,the development of sand industry also is not plain sailing,problems also exist in the developing,especially the industry sustainability problems,in order to solve the problem of sand industry management in the process of sustainable,try from a different business model perspective,this paper find out the factors hindering the research on the sand industry sustainable management,and puts forward the operation mode optimization and innovation of conception,guarantee the sustainable development of the industry.Based on the above research objectives,this paper is divided into ten chapters.The details are as follows: Chapter one,introduction.Firstly,the paper reviews the related research trends of sand industry's business model at home and abroad,and reviews the development status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods.Chapter two,conceptual definition and theoretical basis.This part mainly aims at defining the relevant concepts emerging in the research and solving the boundary problems in the research.The theoretical basis is the relevant theories to be used in the research,and the guiding role of the theory is summarized on the basis of elaborating relevant theories.Chapter three,,the sustainable management system of sand industry is built.Building sand industry sustainable management system from theory Angle,for the study of sand industry sustainable management main body benefit analysis,put forward the essence of sand industry management,and based on this,advances the sustainable building sand industry management system.Chapter four,the development of Xinjiang sand industry and main business model.This paper mainly introduces the development status of sand industry in Xinjiang,and briefly introduces the operation mode of the main sand industry.The fifth,sixth and seventh chapters are respectively aimed at the government leading,the company's leading and the family business model analysis.It mainly introduces the operation characteristics of the mode,the industrial benefit,the mode defect and the optimization approach.Chapter eight: the influencing factors of different business models in xinjiang.Village was selected as the research unit to study the influencing factors of different operation modes from the perspective of farmers.Chapter nine,Xinjiang deserticulture business model management model and innovation.Firstly,it introduces the experience of domestic and foreign sand industry business model,then puts forward the innovation of business model based on the above chapter analysis.Chapter ten guarantee measures for the innovation of Xinjiang sand industry operation mode.Chapter eleven,conclusion and prospect.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The desertification of Xinjiang is still serious,and the expansion of sandy land appears to be slowing down.According to the fifth desertification and desertification statistics,by the end of 2014,the area of desertification in Xinjiang was 74.71 million square kilometers,accounting for 44.87% of the total area of Xinjiang.In the case of the desertification land expansion,the area of desertification in Xinjiang increased by 367.18 square kilometers in 2010-2014,which decreased by 46.85 square kilometers compared with the previous desertification statistics.2.The development of Xinjiang sand industry is unbalanced and the industrialization degree is low.From the development scale,according to the preliminary statistics,Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang sand industry area reached 1288.98 million mu,the eastern Xinjiang 89.98 million mu,the northern Xinjiang 39.92 million mu.Research from Xinjiang sand industry materials,do not have the capability to deep processing products.3.The defect of government-led business model is high input and low output.In view of this problem,there are three ways to solve this government and the farmers.Third,try to find cooperative development mode and improve operation efficiency.The biggest problem with the company's dominant mode of operation is the uneven distribution of benefits.To solve this problem,there are three ways to solve this problem: First,to introduce intermediary organizations and strengthen the relationship between the company and the farmers;Second,introduction of supervision agencies to promote the integration of companies and farmers.Third,introduce the cooperation organization and internalize the external problems.There are two problems of small scale and insufficient resources in the family-dominated business model.There are two solutions to this problem: first,expand the scale and develop the family farm form.Second seek cooperative development mode and solve the shortage of resources.4.In the operation of sand industry,there are four significant factors influencing the choice of different operation modes.First,the cultural degree of the operator has a significant impact on the business model.The higher the cultural level of the operator,the more efficient operation mode will be selected in the selection mode,and the more efficient operation mode will be made by changing its own situation.Secondly,the commodity rate of sand products has a significant influence on the choice of operator mode.The higher the commodity rate,the more likely the operator will choose the government or the business model.Third,the financing effect affects the choice of operator mode.The stronger the operator is,the more likely he is to run the sand industry himself.Fourthly,the government supports the selection of the operator mode.The higher the level of government support,the greater the willingness of operators to operate themselves.5.Xinjiang sand industry innovation mode is a joint-stock cooperative business model.Under this mode of operation,there are three main ways of operation: 1.Government + farmers.In this model,the government and farmers in accordance with the shares,the government to provide project support,infrastructure construction,and farmers through their investment in land resources and labor,the final product yields are allocated according to share.Government + company.This mode,the government not only as the investor,as well as supervision party,mainly considering the particularity of sand industry,sand industry has the characteristic of public welfare,so in actual cooperation,not only pay attention to economic benefits,to balance the development of under the supervision of the government.3.Government + company + farmers.This form is a cooperative model combining the power of government,company and peasant households.This mode holding company,the other two operators can choose representatives to the board of directors,has formed the situation in which common governance,maximum play resources endowment of the various interests,promote the sustainable management of sand industry.
