Research On The New Operational Types Of Leisure Agriculture Development From The Industry Convergence

With the process of industrialization, urbanization speeding up, increasing environmental pollution and the life pressure of people. More and more urban people thirst for the temporary living in the countryside to enjoy the nature, to experience the easygoing life and then relax themselves. Leisure agriculture can not only satisfy the urban people’s demand of nature, but also facilitate adjustment of industrial structure, improvement of farmer’s income level and the rural economic prosperity. Therefore, leisure agriculture has the potential of development, at the same time, prompts the agricultural industry and tourism industry gradually merge.Industry convergence has the characteristic features of many industries and the trend of industries development in the future. Leisure agriculture is the combination which combines the agriculture and tourism. The process is that agriculture provides the resource and tourism provides the service. In the process of mutual convergence, there comes a variety of functions of new products, which promote the adjustment of industrial structure and new operational types. At the same time, this convergence also means the complexity and the multi-aspects of leisure agriculture’s development. This article is a case of study of Panjin Xi’an town, from the angle of industry convergence, analyzing the present situation and existence questions of leisure agriculture in Panjin Xi’an town, in order to put up developing ideas on the new operational types of leisure agriculture in Panjin Xi’an town.The article is divided into six sections. The first section introduces the research background and significance, the literature review, the research ideas and technique route. The second section is about the related concepts and basic theoretical, knowing the concept of industry convergence, leisure agriculture and new operational types of tourism. The third section is a study on industry convergence in leisure agriculture, which mainly analyzes the motivations, process, effects and types of industry convergence in leisure agriculture. The fourth section mainly analyzes the development conditions and present situation and existence questions of leisure agriculture in Panjin Xi’an town. Based on the analysis of the condition of Panjin Xi’an town, combined with the questionnaire, analyzes the current situation of the development of leisure agriculture, finding out the existing problems in the development of leisure agriculture. The fifth section is a study on the new operational types of leisure agriculture in Panjin Xi’an town. Developing three molds of new operational types of leisure agriculture, gradually improving the management pattern of new operational types of leisure agriculture, reasonable planning and layout, establishing service facilities of leisure agriculture, building industry convergence platform, cultivating the brand market of new operational types of leisure agriculture. The sixth section is the article’s summary and forecast.
