Research On Zibo Leisure Agriculture Development Under The Perspective Of Rural Industry Convergence

In 2014,the Ministry of Agriculture issued the “Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Leisure Agriculture”,stating that the development of leisure agriculture is an important way to increase agricultural income and increase farmers' income.By 2020,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee proposed the development of a new rural service industry and the development of a leisure agricultural industry that meets the needs of urban and rural residents.For the fifth consecutive year,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee mentioned the integration of rural industries,the development of leisure agriculture,the improvement of farmers' income and the increase of farmers' income.Industrial integration development is an inevitable requirement of economic and social development,especially in rural China under the influence of new technologies and new business forms.The integration and development of the first,second and third industries is an important mode to promote agricultural transformation and upgrading,improve rural infrastructure construction,and guarantee farmers' income.leisure agriculture is a practice of the integration and development.Based on the theory of industrial integration,this article comprehensively uses theories of regional economics,agricultural economics,and ecological economics,and takes the development of leisure agriculture in Zibo as the research object.It starts,develops,models,and develops leisure agriculture in Zibo,as well as existing problems,and use the Grey Relation Analysis to analyze the integrated development of tourism and rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries from 2009 to 2018 in Zibo,focusing on plantation,agricultural and sideline food processing,and rural Measure the degree of integration of related economic indicators such as manufacturing,post and telecommunications,catering and accommodation,and arrange and compare the calculated data to find that the leisure agriculture has unscientific planning,serious homogeneity,and small industrial scale,and sustainable development as the fundamental guarantee to expand leisure agriculture and Rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration channels and as long as possible Industry chain,to increase support for science and technology of modern agriculture,the development of leisure agriculture and other high-end boutique.
